RETURNS:
All sales are not subject to a refund. Customized jewelry, pre-ordered jewelry and pierced earrings are marked as final sale.In some cases, only merchandise exchanges may be issued.
No store credit is issued after 15 days. (Absolutely no returns for items on sale.) All purchases and purchase of sale are final sale.
PLEASE NOTE: All Sale purchases are FINAL. Returns and/or exchange requests on sale merchandise will not be accepted.
HOW TO RETURN MERCHANDISE BY MAIL:
Before mailing the item you wish to return please submit a request for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). You can do that by logging into My Account.
Simply locate your order and confirm the merchandise you wish to return. Your RMA number will be generated automatically and emailed to you, along with return instructions.
Mail us your item(s) to us.
NOTE: We strongly recommend that you save your return tracking number until you have been notified that we have completed your refund.
EXCHANGES:
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer exchanges on merchandise purchased on our website. If you are looking for a different size and/or color for an item already purchased, simply return the item in your possession and place a new order for the desired item. Once the new order is placed, please email or call one of our customer service associates with both the existing and new order number, allowing us to ensure that you are not charged the return shipping fee for the item(s) you are sending back to us.
SHIPPING:
Our Shipping Policies: We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekdays after 12pm ET, on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. Shipping times may also vary due to the availability of our merchandise.
Domestic Shipping Options and Rates
$25 shipping fee applies to all international online orders.
All domestic packages are shipped via UPS or USPS and for delivery within the United States.
Please allow 1 – 2 business days after placing your order for processing.
Pre-order item will take up to 1-3 weeks.
Ground (5 to 7 business days) – free
2 Day Select (2 to 4 business days) – $25
Next Day Air (1 business day) – $50
